It provides an interface to computes matrix-vector product \(Ax\) in its apply method, \(A\in\mathbb{C}^{m\times n},A:\mathbb{C}^{n} \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^{m}\) being the matrix operator and \(x\in \mathbb{C}^{n}\) being the vector.
